2) Summit Real Estate Enterprises may replace your rental home with similar accommodations if it becomes uninhabitable or is removed from our program. You will be informed and provided with alternative options. If the offered property does not meet your requirements and you opt not to stay, you can receive a full refund upon initiating cancellation. We retain the right to cancel for any reason.
3) Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our control, which include but are not limited to acts of nature or weather-related issues, unforeseen mechanical/electrical failures during your stay, or road closures.
