"Nous avons dû nettoyer les couverts, les tasses, les poêles. La piscine est grande, le jardin aussi quoi que peu entretenu. Tout produit utilisé doit être remplacé par le locataire. Pas de contact local possible. Aucun checkin. La propriété est à vendre, prudence donc pour la location mais ça explique le peu d’entretien malgré les 150 eur de frais de nettoyage et les frais d’entretien de la piscine. Tout ça ne serait pas important si à la fin du séjour on ne nous réclamait pas 500 eur de vandalisme pour une grille de fond de piscine qui était déjà cassée à notre arrivée. Bref, nous passions un agréable séjour en Sardaigne mais le voilà gâché. Ne commettez pas la même erreur que nous. "

"This is the land of “no” for the price of “yes”. Get ready to lug your bags to your room upon arrival. I’m giving one star for cleanliness as I was left crusty towels as “clean” on my bed, and my bathroom had used mascara brushes left behind the mirror which I found to be disgusting. Half of the staff is fabulous and very accommodating. The other half is obviously overwhelmed and inexcusably rude. There is NO SPA. These are in room massages booked by a third party. Our masseuse only offered one type of massage even though the hotel lists 13 different types. Our masseuse was also sick, coughing the entire time, and sneezed directly into my face. This property has potential, but it was a very disappointing stay. "
