Stunningly set on a beautiful stretch of Biddeford's sparkling shores, you'll be located alongside two private beaches only homes in the association have access to. On that note, this oceanfront home boasts incredible views of the neighboring beach, ocean waves rolling in, and gorgeous nightly sunsets over New Barn Cove.
This two-story home sits on a small peninsula just north of Granite Point, granting it breathtaking ocean views to both the north and south. It's a scenic and convenient setting, equidistant from charming Kennebunkport (eight miles south) and downtown Biddeford (eight miles north). When you're not enjoying the public beach only a mile away, you'll be close to Fortune Rocks Beach (two miles) and Goose Rocks Beach (three miles) as well.
The house was designed to showcase its setting, which it does beautifully inside and out. Spend mornings, afternoons, and evenings out back, taking in the spectacular view whether you're sipping your first cup of coffee or barbecuing on the gas grill at sunset.
Banks of windows and glass doors bring the view inside as well, providing sunlight and scenery as you cook in the elegant kitchen, sit down for breakfast at the dining room table, and stream movies in the living room. All four bedrooms are upstairs, each looking out over the ocean and shoreline. Downstairs, there's also a cozy home office where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi at the desk, put on a movie for the kids, or find a bit of additional sleeping space at night.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
