THE SETTING AND THE ATMOSPHERE
SERENITY is a high standing villa, located on the heights of Bidart, in the heart of the Basque Coast. It is very pleasant, both in summer and in winter, thanks to its 2300 m2 of wooded grounds, its large swimming pool and its numerous indoor facilities (fireplace, cinema room, flat screen TV, billiards, table tennis, table football, gym, sauna, top-of-the-range hifi). The villa has just been renovated with natural tones that create a cosy and warm atmosphere.
THE VILLA
You will enter the villa through the large open kitchen, leading to a very large terrace. You will be able to relax under the shelter of the pergola or the huge palm tree. In summer, the house benefits from a huge terrace of 170 m2 with a summer kitchen surrounding the large swimming pool. The villa has many areas where everyone can find their happiness, reading room, lounge with fireplace, TV corner in the veranda, office, games room ...).
THE ROOMS
SERENITY can comfortably accommodate 12 people thanks to its 6 bedrooms (5 of which are air-conditioned). The master suite offers a king size bed, a dressing room and a large bathroom. The 3 bedrooms on the first floor are very pleasant and share the same bathroom. Finally, on the garden level, there is an en suite bedroom overlooking the garden and a last bedroom with its own toilet and washbasin.
WHAT WE LOVE
We love the magnificent swimming pool (14*6) heated with salt from May to September (depending on the weather), the top of the range facilities and its strategic location. The villa is just a short bike ride from the beaches, the centre of Bidart or Guethary. You will love to share convivial moments in the large kitchen or on the large terraces of the house, each equipped with a plancha.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The villa is located in a sought-after area on the heights of Bidart. The beach of the centre is less than 2 km away, Biarritz and Saint-Jean de Luz are within reach by electric bike (respectively in 25 and 40 minutes).
