We loved our stay! The cabin was so cozy. Very convenient to some fun local places including Pollys Pancakes, The Rocks Christmas Tree farm for a wonderful hike, the Robert Frost home, Rek-Lis, Super Secret ice cream, Iron Furnace Brewery, and the Franconia art walk.

Cozy Cabin

Excellent communication with Front desk staff explaining all details of the stay with directions. We even got an upgrade to a Cabin. The cabin was clean, facing the lake with great mountain views. The cabin was comfortable for 2 people with a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cabin was immaculately clean with all of the amenities for a multiple days stay. We only booked one night and wished that we had planned to stay longer to take advantage of the local hiking options. Littleton is a darling town a mere 5-minute drive away.

The cabon was very clean and comfortable. Our deck faced the lake and we watched otters play in the morning. Close to dining and attractions. Host was prompt to respond to questions and with check in/check out instructions. The property was pretty with trails for walking. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in this warm and cozy cabin. Kitchenette was well stocked. There is a lake with fountain, sheep and goats and chickens. Staff and front desk were helpful and friendly.

We did not want to leave!!! Bobbi-Sue was amazing- answered email questions- made us feel like family! They even had a bonfire going every night for the guests! Cabin was gorgeous - exceeded our expectations and this stay was one of the highlights of our entire bucket list New England visit! Thank you, PMR!!! Bobbi- Sue is such an asset to your company!! Peter and Alexis were great as well!!!! Hope we make it back!!! 5 stars all the way!!!! Be sure to visit these beautiful cabins! Beds were so comfortable!!

The cabin was very clean and nice. I was not aware of no AC for the cabin. That may have been ok other than the windows did not have screens on them to prevent bugs and critters from possible joining us in the night and evenings.

The room was infested with cockroaches which made our trip very uncomfortable.The people were nice.The overall look of the place was nice until we spent two days killing cockroaches for the amount of money we spent.I am not happy with this resort

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Octber during Fall foliage season. The staff and front desk was friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful. The cabin we stayed in was clean and cozy.We were able to come and go as we please. We can't wait to go back next year. We definitely recommend this resort.

We absolutely loved this resort. The views were breathtaking. The cabin was gorgeous and clean. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, we recommend Littleton Freehouse Tarpoon and Schilling Beer Co. We would definitely love to return. Absolutely no negatives.
