Centrally located near Sunday River and Mt. Abrams, our chalet in Bethel Village is surrounded by spectacular trail systems for winter activities like XC skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and skiing. A safe storage shed along the driveway or our gear room downstairs equipment is ready for winter adventures.

Inside, a stone fireplace invites you to unwind. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for homemade meals, and the open layout ensures you're part of lively conversations. After dinner, relax in the hot tub under the deck's protection, surrounded by the snowy forest.

** THE SPACE **
Welcome to Cedar Bear Chalet! With modern furnishings, appliances, and décor all meticulously chosen to provide a luxurious and comfortable experience for our guests!

The main floor has a fireplace, an open-concept dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has access to the expansive deck overlooking the patio and yard. There is a 55" Smart TV mounted over the mantel, and plenty of seating for large parties for dining and hanging out! The kitchen is well-stocked with a microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and utensils for creating large feasts for your friends and family. We also supply coffee, k-cups, and spice rack!

Each bedroom has room-darkening shades & curtains and premium memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom closet will have extra pillows and blankets. There is also a space heater available to use.

The guests comfortably hold 10 guests.
- There are 2 bedrooms on the main level that share a full bathroom.
- The upstairs is exclusively for the master bedroom and has a master bath with a walk-in closet and his and her's sink.
- The downstairs was designed to be a kid's haven! There is a gear room, ping pong table with couch, all the kids' bunks, a 43" 4k Roku TV with Nintendo Switch, board games, and a Simpsons 4-player arcade machine! They have a full bathroom with a laundry machine.
**Please no adults on the top bunks and trundles, those are kids only due to the supported weight capacity.

We, as the hosts, are always a phone call or text away! Call us for anything, we will do everything humanly possible to ensure you have a 5-star stay experience!

** HOUSE RULES (please read before booking)**
- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
- No parties or events - if you are looking to play loud music or make a lot of noise outdoors this house is not the right fit.
- Must be 25 years or old to book (photo ID may be required)
- No additional guests than you have specified are allowed on the property
- No pets/animals of any kind, even service. (Severely allergic this is our 2nd home.)
- No smoking
- No adults on the top bunks or trundles please those are for kids only
- We are on septic, so please ONLY flush toilet paper.
- Please shut off all AC units when leaving
- Damage and stains will incur additional fees.
- If checkout rules are not followed, there maybe additional costs due to extra cleaning times

OTHER HELPFUL TIPS:
There is a washing machine and dryer located on the ground floor with detergent.

WHERE TO PUT YOUR GEAR?
New Ski & Bike Shed (keys right inside the front door) with rack for skis, snowboard, and bikes!
There is also a gear room located on the ground floor with it's own entrance. Very useful for loading and unloading gear directly from the car!

All the TVs are smart Roku TVs that have guest mode enabled. This is a great feature that allows you to enter your own login access to your streaming services that will automatically be removed at the end of your stay.

Once you have reserved our home, we will be sending you text communications as well as a digital guest book that lists all the information you will need to have a relaxing stay.

Warm season (Jun to Nov only)
- There is a fire pit outside, you supply the wood and get your campfire going
