Bathroom cleaned daily rest of the room didnt ( even rote in the dust)lots of staff not very friendly ( blonde lady on reception and two staff in the bar area)ower room door left open while we were out all day asked for results of investigation of why door was open at reception he shrugged his shoulder and told us what could he do so no help what so ever also we were charged 6 euros for every time we went to the roof bar which wasn't that great furniture made out of pallets and deck chairs and no bar but a kiosk with a fridge for drinks

A top little trip
Check in was easy and swift, staff very helpful and even after losing my keycard within an hour, staff were only too happy to cancel and issue a replacement. 3nights in Park Inn, location and facilities were superb, central location, all transit stations within 100m and as i was there, Alexanderplatz was hosting a festival of food, drink and music, literally on the doorstep. When i return to Berlin, i shall look to book again

Good location, great breakfast
Great location. Room was clean but odd layout with the toilet and shower opening into the main room. The room was warm and despite asking to have it cooler, it never happened. Great breakfast!

Disappointing hotel
Room on 21st floor and had to wait ages for lifts as they went past my floor (one morning at least 10 lifts). Stayed two nights but room not cleaned during stay. Staff did not listen to things said to them and, on one occassion, openly discussed in front of me over whether i correctly ordered a drink or not (I did, to both of them). Encouraged to use App but not user friendly and staff unaware of how it operates.

Was asked to use the app for check in - app was not very good and had to use reception staff for assistance, and they didn't know how to use the app either. Very busy hotel - lifts take a while to turn up Room was good Breakfast was good

Property is great, location is superb nearby to attractions and trains. The rooms are clean. a little small. Just don't like it when a queen bed is made by joining two twin beds. But that across europe I guess.
