No ice service is given. I really like that there is a 5 minute walk to Aldi and Netto’s. Would I go back there as an American. Yes I will.

This was my first time visiting Berlin. The hotel is close to the airport, and it's easy to get around using the S-Bahn, bus, and train. The front desk staff were very friendly, especially Hedieh, who was incredibly helpful with our accommodations and giving us directions to the city center. The breakfast was great too. We stayed for four nights and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.The train station was under repair, but it was easy to catch the S163 train to Grunu. There was an Aldi and another store nearby. We got sandwiches from a gas station, and they were some of the best I’ve had—the lady made them really well. Sorry, I forgot the name of the station.

This was a decent hotel. It was mostly clean and the bed was comfy. The decor and quotes were a little uncomfortable in today's society, but overall it was a convenient location to the airport at the end of our trip.

Purtroppo esperienze nn del tutto positiva ,mi dispiace fare recensioni nn piacevoli ma questa volta nn è andato tt liscio.. Dalla struttura per arrivare all'aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici si sta circa 20 minuti con altri 10 di camminata .....arrivati in albergo gia piccoli problemi con il check in in quanto nn risultavano tutte le stanze nonostante fossero già pagate due su tre. Al momento che arriviamo in stanza una delle tre era ancora da pulire,consegnata come lasciata da clienti precedenti .A questo punto disponibili ci assegnano altra stanza ...Chiediamo se possibile cenare lì,ci dicono che la cucina è aperta fino alle 22....ore 19:30;ci presentiamo in ristorante. ...attendiamo 10 minuti nessuno si degna di avvicinarsi al che c'è ne andiamo,usciamo e troviamo un posto nelle vicinanze. Tirando le somme rimasta delusa (soggiorno di due notti).

We booked 3 rooms for a family time in Berlin. The hotel was great. Rooms are tight but comfortable, clean and quiet. Great shower. Comfy bed. Wonderful breakfast. Lots of space to sit and chat. Parking free and easy. Train station is across the street. It was closed but not the hotel's fault. They were great about helpung us get to the appropriate bus into the city. Station was due to open the next day so just a temporary disruption. 11 minute drive to the airport. So easy. Definitely recommend this hotel.
