Extra steps and extra charges
This property has additional fees and procedures that are uncommon. For example, a bed linen fee and another towel fee. Also, a person must meet the renter at the property to get the key, and the renter alone must communicate to avoid an extra fee if you are late. The property manager will make no attempt to contact the renter. All this is explained in the documents sent with booking, but I thought these details would be helpful to know when browsing the property.

Lovely property with some quirky additions.
We loved staying in this area of Berlin, the property has easy access to buses, train and underground services. We walked to the Charlottenburg Palace which was really close. I have already recommended this property to a friend.

Haben die Whg schon das 3. Mal gebucht, Ankunft und Schlüsselübergabe fast schon wie Ankommen bei Freunden. Ideal für 4 Personen, Küche super ausgestattet. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer mega bequem. Einzig Duschvorhang und schlechter Wannenabfluss gewöhnungsbedürftig

Lollapaloozabesuch mit toller Ferienwohnung
Wir waren über das Wochenende in Berlin und haben das Lollapalooza Festival besucht. Übernachtet haben wir in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft. Eine Altbauwohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Sehr netter Kontakt beim Check in und Check out. Tolle Lage. Leider war das Wochenende viel zu kurz. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen : ) Einrichtung

Renter Beware
The apartment is nice, clean and has what you need for a good stay. There is a metro station nearby, but it takes 45 minutes to get to the city center. The biggest problem, however, are the charges they listed on VRBO are different from the amounts they charge you when you get there and the check in guy is completely unreasonable. They charge you 25euros extra for bed linens and towels per person ( that is stated correctly but really inflated the price) and then they charged us 75 euros for cleaning fee. However, the VRBO site states it is a 50 euros cleaning fee- when we tried to discuss the problem the man was impossible to talk to so we just ended up Paying the extra 25 euros, but it was a frustrating experience.

Tolle Wohnung!
Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und vor Ort durch viele Zeichnungen und künstlerische Details sowie eine hochwertige Küchenausstattung noch besser, als die Fotos vermuten ließen. 5 Sommertage in Berlin
Unsere Familie (4 Erwachsene) hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt in Berlin. Das Appartement ist super schön eingerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel. Für 4 Erwachsene eine gute Größe, super ausgestattete Küche, zwei französische Betten mit bequemen Betten. Das Beste war jetzt der Balkon zum Verbindungskanal raus, auf dem wir abends gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen konnten. Das Haus ist ruhig in netter Umgebung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Der Kontakt zur Eigentümerin war freundlich und persönlich und die Dame, die die Wohnung vor Ort verwaltet, ist einmal nett und zugewandt. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Great appartment
The appartment has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, connected via a hallway. The living room has a TV, couch, small table, and a two person bed. The other room has a desk and bed. In the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee machine, water cooker, dishes, glasses, cooking pots, cutlery, and with coffee, tea, herbs, olive oil etc. There is a small dishwasher. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and bath with shower. The apprtment is easy to reach with the U-bahn (Mierendorfplatz) from which you are well connected to the center of Berlin. Great place, friendly host, we can recommend staying here!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Wir haben uns zu Viert hier sehr wohl gefühlt, die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und auf hohem Niveau. Interessante Kunstwerke schmücken die Zimmer, alles sehr stimmig und ansprechend. Auch die Qualität der Einrichtung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Lage ist auch gut.

Sehr schön gestaltet und großzügige Einrichtung
Wir habe die Woche in Berlin sehr genossen; die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und noch etwas mehr. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, also in der Belle Etage und hat einen schönen Blick auf den Kanal. Check-in und -out war unkompliziert und nett.

Super Wohnung für Kurzurlaub.
Für uns hat alles gut gepasst. Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung. Parkplätze kein Problem. Mit allem ausgestattet was es für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Was schön wäre, sind dunkle Vorhänge, damit man besser schlafen kann. Die Wassertemperatur für die Duschwanne lässt sich nicht mehr gut einstellen.

Too expensive and too far from the city centre
Positive: the flat is nice and modern, beds are comfortable. Negative: flat is not central, ie need to travel by public transports and walk, or alternatively take a taxi all the time. When I booked online, I found it very uncomfortable that I had to communicate with an estate agent instead of with a private individual. There are some semi-hidden costs to it, ie once you have booked you can firmly see end cleaning costs, cost of bedsheets and cost of towels. The more the people in the flat the more you play - max 4 people are allowed in the place.

Eine perfekte Wohnung für einen Berlinbesuch!
Die Wohnung ist hell, modern eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Besonders auffällig ist die moderne Kunst an den Wänden, es lohnt sich sehr, sie anzugucken. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung verlief angenehm und problemlos. Besonders wichtig: Wir haben vor dem Haus immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. So war die Wohnung ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Touren durch Berlin. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Eine großzügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt. Hervorzuheben ist die aufwendig eingerichtete und ausgestattete Küche, die auch einen längeren Aufenthalt zur Freude macht. Gepflegtes Treppenhaus. Bushaltestelle M27 100m. U-Bahn Mierendorfplatz 10 min. Alles in allem ein echtes Highlight unter den Ferienwohnungen.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit Stil, Flair und Qualität.
Die hübsche und geräumige Altbau-Wohnung befindet sich in einem nicht sehr chicken oder touristischen Viertel. Eine gewisse Freude an Berlins-Alltagscharm sollte vorhanden sein. Der Ort ist guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Die Abwicklung der Wohnungs-Vermietung und Übergabe war sehr angenehm. Ich denke, wir werden zurückkommen.
