There was a blood stain on the bed, room wasnt clean, not enough towels. When i tried to make contact with the reception, there was no answer. Big dissapointment.

The stay was alright, but we had to evac the building for 30-40 mins at 3am because of a "technical fault". There were no explanations or apologies by the staff. Room service does not happen unless explicitly requested.

For a 4 star hotel I was surprised by the lack of housekeeping. The hair dryer kept cutting out. The lack of customer service by all but one lady at the front desk was also surprising. Totally uninterested in helping customers with anything. I requested extra pillows. They never came. We asked for information and were told to find it on google. Really? 3 star property with 3 star service. Decent location.
