The location was nice. Hotel did not have parking so we had to park in a lot. convenient to all amenities. we did a tour bus and covered much of berlin. The room was comfortable and breakfast had many options.

All the staff were friendly but Singh(?) was amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about issues I had with several things including train travel. He is an asset to the Crown Plaza. Please let him know how much we appreciated him.

We are in our 70s which seemed to qualify us for the wheelchair friendly room which was not requested. Room cleaning average, reception staff OK. No restaurant on Sundays and Mondays... why?? No wonder it seemed so quiet. In a word ... SOULLESS!

Hotel is conveniently located near subway station, which made it super easy to get anywhere we wanted. We checked out Potsdam and highly recommended it. Hotel room was nice and clean and quiet. Delicious coffee in the morning, my husband enjoyed buffet breakfast, he said it was excellent.
