Highly recommended
Well done to Marion and her team. They have booked us Taxis, made us Pizzas, provided local information for buses, shops and restaurants, supplied extra towels and a hairdryer. The continental style breakfast is good value in price, and the facility is clean and well managed. Everyone has spoken English, been polite, friendly and professional. This may be called a Hotel Ibis “Budget”, but it has high standards and all the staff work hard. Room 307 is at end of the corridor. It is a good size with separate shower (fabulous) and toilet.

Ibis Budget are small boxes with no soul. We walked into the room and straight out again. We walked across the road and stayed at the Le Cryano for the same price where we had kettle, tea/coffee, space to move around a proper ensuite bathroom and a large window making it light and airy. The Ibis toilet was in a cupboard and the shower pod was tucked in the corner and the sink in the room. You would expect this if the room cost half the price advertised. Definitely will not be staying in an Ibis again

Hotel was ideally located close to restaurants, shops and places of interest. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Free parking which was a bonus.

Perfect - almost.
Our stay here was almost perfect as usual however, we had two problems. 1, we stayed here for two nights and we couldn’t remove the mosquitos in the room. We killed them but they kept on coming back, needless to say a few bites and an uneasy second nights sleep. 2. The shower door didn’t close as it should have so when using the shower water ran out from the bottom of the door, this could have been dangerous as there was no foot towel provided. Apart from the two problems the stay was good, the receptionist was so helpful.

Great location for the airport
We used this hotel for an overnight stay, near to the airport for our early morning flight. A taxi was booked for us by the receptionist, which was very helpful. Unfortunately my husbands bed was not very comfortable. It needs looking at. I am sorry we left the hotel without giving this information to Reception....we were more concerned about our taxi when we were due to leave.

The staff were cheerful and friendly the breakfast was just adequate. The room was adequate BUT the air conditioning was switched off, because they only have it on after May. The room became hot and airless during the night, it was not possible to open the window because of the traffic noise. We stayed there for 5 nights and due to the heat of the room during the night the sheets needed changing but were not.
