Hotel was a min away from the train and bus station and access to a variety of restaurants option.
We had breakfast included and they had many choices and of high quality - you should want for naught (unless perhaps have gluten problems).
In the evening they serve free freshly prepared ramen upto 11pm and then afterwards instant cup noodles. The fresh cook ramen was surprisingly good. I didn’t try the cup noodles.
The room was ok - comfortable and clean.
This place has a public and 8 private onsen. The hotel is very busy (cater towards tour groups) so you have to line up for the private onsen. We tried number 1 and 7. 7 is better but both were nice for a soak.
Overall not a luxurious hotel but a very nice/good hotel in good condition. The folks coming to this hotel as part of a tour group are lucky!
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is really close to Beppu station. The room was a comfortable size, especially for a solo traveller. The onsen was the favourite part of my stay. There were several private onsen rooms available on a first come first served basis. The breakfast was buffet style with a variety of Japanese and western options. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was to come back to Beppu.
Hotel was conveniently located to JR Station and main street dining/shopping. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our one night stay and would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
-1 star for the room because ours was right in front of the signboard which was super bright. Had to request for extra pillow to cover face since there's no curtains or blinds to cover the shine.
Excellent location, quiet rooms, staff and service also top notch; had option of private or public onsen facilities on site that we utilised twice daily; yummy breakfast with large selection; overall very happy except the single pillow provided was too hard for myself and my husband, so sleep quality wasn't the best. No other complaints though! Would stay again.
Great hot springs, 1 Public sharing,g and 8 Private hot springs. No reservation is needed, it's first come first serve.
Rooms are super clean, great location right in front of JR Beppu station. Great amenities and breakfast spread.
There is nothing short in this hotel, service is great.
I always stay Onyado Nono brand and it never disappoints.
We loved this property! Literally, just steps from Beppu Station and great places to eat. The hotel was so unique with the entire hotel done in tatami. My husband and friends enjoyed the private onsen. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!
Very nice hotel that is within walking distant to Beppu Station and lots of restaurants. I got to try out both the private and public onsen which were not too crowded in the afternoon. After checking out of the hotel and moving onto Fukuoka, I missed walking around the hotel without my shoes on.
