I was very disappointed with the quality of room that was given to me. Upon arrival, we noticed that the toilet wasn’t working properly and had not been cleaned. A front desk staff member said that she would have to fix the toilet because there was no maintenance crew available. She then told me that she couldn’t give me a new room unless it was authorized by her manager, however no other room was available. I had to call customer service to report the issue and get a new room that suddenly became available. The staff member didn’t seem to believe me when I told her the toilet was found dirty and denied not already knowing that the room had a malfunctioning toilet. I was unable to cancel this room booking and ended up staying at the Four Winds Casino Hotel instead. I will never book a room with the Holiday Inn again. In the end, we were given a better room after having to go through the ordeal of calling customer service a couple of times.

The room looked as if the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. The pull out bed had dirty sheets so we changed them. Food ran out at breakfast and the worker left people standing in line. When I went back to ask if she was filling it up I was told it ended at 9:30. My daughter had been waiting for 20 min thinking she was bringing more food

Although the hotel is slightly older, it’s in excellent condition, clean, easy to get to and from the highway and the downtown area … centrally located so that you could go to other towns as well.

Overalll great option for weekend getaway. Right off the interstate but quiet. The room was spacious beds were a bit soft but I sleep on extra firm at home. The lighting in room was dim especially in bathroom but sufficed. Breakfast was good, pool was nice. I would stay here again. Also it’s right behind a McDonalds so nice for a quick bite or better coffee option!!
