Of course, there are also restaurants and shopping right by the house. The large lake is suitable for nice walks along the water. If you feel like an interesting day trip, you can visit the city of Zadar, which offers countless museums, cafes, restaurants and many historical buildings.

A special highlight in Zadar is the 'Sea Organ', which creates music from the sea waves, and 'Greeting to the Sun', which absorbs sunlight and turns it into a spectacular light show in the evening.
