The Space:
Wonderful holiday home in a very quiet location with breathtaking sea and panoramic views.

The house is adjacent to the nature reserve on the mountain La Olta in Calpe.
It is particularly suitable for tenants who like to go hiking in the mountains - or who are looking for a quiet place to spend the winter in Spain.

The house has 2 apartments. The main apartment has a spacious living-dining room with winter garden and air-condition (with a fantastic sea view), 1 kitchen (with exit to a breakfast terrace), 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.

The studio in the basement can be rented for an extra charge. This has a living-bedroom (with air-condition), 1 kitchenette and 1 bathroom. In case, that its rented only the upper apartment, the lower apartment is closed and nobody live there.

There is a parking space for 2 cars on the property.
The house does not have a pool.

Small dog till 10 kg (and over 1 year old) possible on request.

Vacances en famille.
Très bon moment passé à Benissa, location sans reproches à faire et même suréquipé. Très bel emplacement à flan de montagne en surplombant la mer et Calpe. Propriétaire et concierge très agréables et sympathiques.
