Room didn’t have a microwave, which seems odd to me. Decent size refrigerator and the rooms are clean. Property is nice and a little quiet haven around the desert landscape.

The rooms at this resort that are given to 3rd party listings like hotels.com and expedia are the worst. Our room was on th bottom floor which was like a basement . Very dark and dingy. Musty smell. Window very dirty. Washroom fan not working. Made you not want to stay there. Beds were comfortable enough. Pay the extra 20 to stay on a higher floor.

We only stayed here one night, with a late check in and early check out due to having a very packed itinerary. The grounds of the property are nice, but the inside of the facility seems run down and could definitely benefit from a makeover (especially considering the price of the room). Our headboard was very beaten up in the room and there was a shrimp smell all along the second hall - not sure if someone just had eaten seafood that night or if that was the smell of the hotel. The area that the property is located in is a very nice area though!

At first the room seemed nice but once you're in there for a while you realize it's pretty run down. Various items broken or damaged. Sink drains slow. That kind of stuff. Frustrating I couldn't get through on the phone to the restaurant in multiple attempts to place an order an hour before closing. For the price I pretty much. got what I expected though. The golf facility is very nice and I would probably give it another go just for that, but I'd look for a condo or something nicer than the lodge.

Lovely place - we will return
We loved our stay at Eagle Crest! It was older, but well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There's an amazing trail around the property that winds next to a nature preserve. So many deer! The cafe for breakfast was really nice and good food. There's two other restaurants - a bar combo and a nice sit down restaurant. We didn't go to the bar since it was me and my 18yo son. But the main restaurant had excellent food and service. Highly recommend the place as a whole!
