Enjoy all Sunriver has to offer in this beautiful, one level, 1,700 SF, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. This lovely home is located near the North side of Sunriver by the Woodlands Golf Course and not too far from Fort Rock Park.

This house has 4 bedrooms located on two different wings of the house. On one wing you will find a private master sweet with a king bed, 40 inch tv, and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On the other wing of the house you will find one bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen tv, another bedroom with a queen size bed, and a third bedroom with a set of bunkbeds and a full size bed. In this hallway you will find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A third full bathroom is located towards the front of the house with a standup shower as well as the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. This house could perfectly accommodate two different families.

This house has a fully stocked kitchen ready to accommodate all of your needs! One extra fridge is located in the garage for additional storage. In the kitchen you will find basic spices, waffle iron, griddle, two crock pots, toaster, and full pots and pans. The living room is open for great entertaining and includes plenty of seating and a 65 inch screen tv, plenty of kids books, adult books, and games to make your stay memorable.

Hit the slopes in the winter for a 20 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor or hit the pools in the summer! This house includes 10 free unlimited SHARC passes to use at the pools. Please see the website for booking details!

Parking: This house can comfortably fit 2 cars in the driveway (and one to the side of the driveway) for a total of 3. A small car could fit in the garage if needed. There is no street parking in Sunriver.

The garage has many bikes for both adults and kids of all ages! Please be aware these are well loved bikes but should be great for your stay. A travel trailer is available to bike two little kids around. You will also find corn hole, a ping pong table, bbq and fire pit to use as you like.

This house has a brand new deck, hot tub, and outdoor space for you to enjoy. We hope you have an amazing time building memories here!

Clean and Roomy
The house was great. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. There were multiple bikes and they were in good shape. The propane grill worked fine. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen stuff. All facilities (stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, lights, fans, etc) were in good working condition.

Relaxing and comfortable stay
Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and comfortable especially for a family with an infant. Only giving 4 stars because the hot tub was not working as advertised in the listing. Despite no hot tub, we would definitely come back for another stay.

Beautiful home with great host
Our party had a wonderful stay at Deer Park in Sunriver. The house was beautiful and extremely clean. We loved bbq’ing on the back patio and watching the deer just yards away! We definitely would not hesitate to stay here again and Jamie was a great host. More than enough room for our party if 7.

Perfect!
This house was very clean and inviting and communication with the owner was easy and efficient. The house was stocked with games, ping pong, lots of bikes, and accommodations for my pup. We loved our time here and will definitely book again!
