Reservation was not the right room we booked and they didn’t have the right room. Then when we got in a room not the right one. The toilet was plugged and over flowing. Wasn’t what we expected in Bend.

This was a good hotel for our one night. We were able to check-in early and the front desk clerk was very pleasant. Overall, the hotel was very clean and we felt safe in the area. We had left some outdoor gear in the bed of our pickup truck overnight and it was still there in the morning. The breakfast selections were very good, although the brand of coffee at breakfast and in the room was not that great.

The Wi-fi in our room did not work. Staff and the help line conceded it was broken. It was not repaired. The toilet spontaneously overflowed onto the floor. The roads leading to and from the hotel were closed and the route was not explained. No map, no signs and confusing oral instructions from staff. “Use Cooley” was staffs best advice. .

When we arrived the shirtless homeless man sitting on the front bench, later when we came back from dinner he had his shirt on but was now in the lobby sitting on the couch sleeping.
