The check in person could have been a little bit friendlier. Also I don’t know if there was any other rooms available for the one we had prepaid for ( which your desk person let us know that we had booked through a third party) …. I am disabled and cannot walk without assistance our room was 247 clear at the other end of the hotel. It would have been nice to have a room closer to the elevator if it was at all available. Other than that our stay was ok. The room was clean and breakfast was good.

The guests next door had kids and were very loud beginning at 6:00 am. They were even banging on the go between door. I said something to the front desk and they said they would take care of it except they did nothing and every morning was the same. A simple reminder to parents to keep their kids quiet and to be respectful of others was all that was needed and the hotel staff chose to do nothing!

I booked this hotel due to seeing the large parking lot that looked like it was apart of the property so I could park my trailer. This was not the case. Thankfully I asked the wonderful front desk gal and she steered me the right way.

We had a really nice stay here. The first night was very quiet but the second night there was a lot of banging from the room above. The breakfast was excellent and everything was great, i will definitely stay here again!

I really appreciate how clean the room and building were. I enjoyed my lobby breakfast. I came at a very busy time, girls' volleyball team was checking in, desk person did a very nice job and was able to help me as soon as she was able. I also was happy to have the noon check out and that breakfast was until 10am.
