Outdated, pool not heated and dirty, hot tub not working, orbitz needs a flag on the hotels when items they say the hotels have are broken or removed. We pick hotels for pools and hot tubs and this was picked for the same reason, wanting to soak, hot tube was empty and roped off.

First, the positive: Front office staff both during check-in and check-put were very polite and professional. Shell station conveniently right next door. Outstanding Mexican food at El Caporal, about 90 seconds by foot from the hotel property. Free breakfast - I didn't try it but they had like eight different types and strengths of coffee Now the negative: Bathroom was only OK clean. Tiny soap bars were all broken; they either need to install a water softener at this hotel, or provide better soap since it was like washing your hands with a piece of broken rock. Finally, the tub/shower backed up after about one minute of use, and you are ankle deep in gross shower backflow. Not a super negative experience, but for the money expected much better.

will not stay here again
The bed linens were not clean. Looks like donut crumbles in them. Bathroom is very small with no fan and 2 feet from bed. Only one entrance to the hotel and very inconvenient without propping open -- which had a sign on it saying DON'T PROP OPEN THE DOOR.. Won't stay again. but the staff were nice and they gave a brown paper bag with chips and water upon registering.

eveything was great for us! The only thing i suggest is making the signs for which direction to go for your room more prominent. It was a little confusing. Or even give a map to help. We laughed about getting lost but i could see it making someone very upset

My husband and I were on a week long anniversary roadtrip, and this was the final night of our trip and the best hotel we stayed in. Loved the availability of milk and cookies in the evening! If I’m ever in Bend again, this will be my choice.

The room was filthy. It was highly dusty. There was months of accumulated dog hair, human hair, dirt, and food crumbs between the mattress and headboard. This is the second time I have used a comfort in, the first time in Baker City Oregon, and this time in Bend Oregon. I thought the first experience, which was filthy, was location specific. As it turns out it was not location specific and I will never use comfort inn again.

Room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good compared to most. Only complaint was there were very thin drapes that anyone walking behind the hotel could see through. There were no dark drapes. No feeling of privacy.
