The Wi-fi in our room did not work. Staff and the help line conceded it was broken. It was not repaired. The toilet spontaneously overflowed onto the floor. The roads leading to and from the hotel were closed and the route was not explained. No map, no signs and confusing oral instructions from staff. “Use Cooley” was staffs best advice. .

Convenient location but a lot of road construction
The hotel is ok. We stay here because the location is convenient. Normally, we have no issues. This time our room looked clean but smelled very bad, like B.O. We didn’t eat the breakfast so can’t comment on that.

There is significant road construction right in front of the hotel and it was difficult to access the property when coming north on 20. Not the hotels fault at all!

Horrible bed!
Unfortunately our king size bed had a big sag in the middle that make our stay very uncomfortable. The sag was very visible when we first walked in the room so it also has to be to every person who cleans the room, comes in for maintenance or any kind of inspection. Why wouldn't the mattress have been replaced when it shows that much age and wear!! Both of us had 2 terrible nights of sleep. It was impossible not to roll down into the middle, and then hard to climb out of the hole. This is a BW Plus! We expected a comfortable bed to sleep in. Although the room was nice, breakfast nice, the bed situation ruined the stay for us. Its hard to understand why this mattress hasn't been replaced long ago!! We do a lot of traveling and this was the worst bed we have slept in for years.

I would recommend!
Nice clean property in a safe area! Reception staff was super friendly and accommodating! Our room was clean and comfy! We didn’t use the pool or spa, but we did use the gym. Gym was adequate but the air conditioner was not working.. tv was not working, no weights less than 15 #s. I’m very aware of my surroundings because I walk my service animal at night. No sightings of homeless encampment as stated in previous reviews.
