This classic-style villa is an ideal retreat for a large family getaway, offering ample space for relaxation.

Superbly positioned with unparalleled panoramic views of the golf course and the backdrop of La Concha mountain.

Inside, tasteful marble flooring contrasts with understated decoration, divided into three levels.

The main floor features a double-door entrance leading through the hallway to a living and dining area, a fully equipped Siemens kitchen, a guest toilet, and two bedrooms and a bathroom.

From the living and dining area through large sliding patio doors, there is a covered terrace with chill-out seating and a large outdoor dining area for 10 guests with BBQ facilities with direct access to the zero-entry swimming pool and lush Mediterranean-landscaped garden.
