Fantastic View Hotel
This hotel is splendid for its view, which I believe is the best in Como. The booking for hotel shuttle is essential for people who access there by public transportation as this area doesn’t have taxi. We missed the opportunity to stay in a lake view hotel due to a checking trouble, but still I want to come back to this hotel for its amazing view and the hotel staff, who was considerate and kind when dealing with the trouble. It was an unforgettable moment that we had a dinner with beautiful sunset view.

Even if the Hotel was terrible, the location and the view make this worth it. However, the staff were fantastic, very helpful and they even offered a shuttle into Bellagio! Would recommend Il Perlo to anybody

Virkelig spektakulær smuk udsigt fra vores juniorsuite, og fra hotellet generelt. Suiten fremstod lidt slidt - især badeværelset, hvor brusekabinen var ved at falde fra hinanden. Desuden var der meget fugtigt på badeværelset, og derfor mange småkryb. Personalet var alle meget søde og imødekommende. Morgenmaden var fin, men kom man efter 9, kunne man risikere, at der ikke var meget tilbage, og de ekstra tilkøb var dyre. Restauranten serverede skøn mad, men lidt små portioner, hvorfor prisen også er i den dyre ende. Dejligt med shuttle service.

This property is exactly described as its title- the Pearl. It overlooks such Beautiful mountain side Lakes, and depending on your room location, you will awake by A Majestic View of Lake Como. The restaurant has limited early closing hours for dinner, and there is a shuttle service fee to go to and from town where you have a wider variety of options. The Young Ladies at the front desk are just friendly and helpful as can be, they really make you feel right at home.

An extraordinary property, perched on a bluff overlooking Lake Como and the surrounding hills and mountains. Staff, room, food and just overall experience were all top notch. Haven't had breakfast yet, but I am sure that will be delicious, too!

Harmittavasti tämä majoituspaikka oli pettymys. Hinta ja laatu eivät nyt kohdanneet. Hotelli sijaitsee kyllä maisemapaikalla, mutta ei mitään palveluita lähettyvilläkään. Hotellilla oli kyllä oma ravintola, mutta se oli suljettu. Näin ollen kaikki palvelut kilometrien päässä. Hotellilla on kyllä alkuillasta shuttle-bus -yhteys Bellagion keskustaan, mutta sekin yhteys petti, koska tiellä oli ollut onnettuus, joten jäimme puolimatkaan. Illalla (n. klo 22.30) ei enää saanut taksia kylältä, että olisi päässyt takaisin hotellille. Pitkästä aikaa valitsimme hotellin syrjästä ja nyt tuli taas muistutus, että kaikki tarvittavat palvelut oltava kävelymatkan päässä. Respan palvelu oli ystävällistä, mutta neuvot puutteellisia. Huone oli askeettinen, ei mitään ylimääräistä, kuten juomalaseja tai aterimia tms. Mutta maisema oli kyllä hieno.

Stunning views, exceptional staff and service
This was one of the best experiences we've had so far, absolutely stunning hotel from top to bottom. The service provided was exceptional, the ladies Joy and Letizia went out thier way to help us in everything we needed. They had a shuttle service which picked us up from the city and dropped us back to the hotel which was a huge help. On check out, they even dropped our bags to us whilst we explored the Bellagio area which was above and beyond. Genuinely a wonderful experience and would 100% visit again in the future.
