Tucked within the Pinkham’s Cove community, Cozy Cove Cottage captures the charm of a classic Maine camp while offering modern comforts. Just steps from the water, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage, with a bonus sleeping sunroom, balances rustic appeal with convenience. With parking for 2-3 cars, you'll step inside to a welcoming living space, perfect for movie nights, board games, and quiet relaxation.

Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms on either side of the landing—please note, the stairs are steep, so use caution. The shared lakefront space, clubhouse, and docks are part of the friendly Pinkham’s Cove community, giving you the perfect blend of privacy and social spaces.

The Cottage is a part of the Belgrade Lakes Cottage Association (BLCA). It consists of 6 cottages with their own private property and a shared lakefront (common area).

*failure to be respectful of the cottage or common areas may result in fines or removal without refund. Liability for incurred damages may also result.

COTTAGE / BLCA RULES:
NO SMOKING
USE CAUTION ON INSIDE STAIRS, THEY ARE STEEP
Quiet Hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
NO riding motorcycles, go-karts, minibikes, ATVs, or Snowmobiles on BLCA property, except to access the road (or lake for snowmobiles).
NO tents, camping or overnight sleeping on the property or in the clubhouse.
Fires are ONLY allowed in the designated fire pits in the common area.
Must be attended and fully extinguished when finished.

OUTSIDE:
Parking Information
3 vehicles in front of the cottage
2 additional spaces for use can be located in the common area
Boat trailers MUST be parked in the boat lot by the common area, NOT at the cottage.

Notes for the Common Area
*The common area is private to the BLCA and includes a boat launch, two fire pits, two docks, swim platform, clubhouse and restroom. Free for any guests to make use of, please be respectful while using these spaces, clean up trash, leave as you found it.

*Each cottage may use up to 24’ of dock space with ONE boat or TWO personal watercrafts.
There are NO LIFEGUARDS, please swim at your own risk, and have children supervised at all times.

*Pets must be leashed at all times
