The property was nice, if a bit small. The bathroom door couldn’t open without hitting the bed. It was a little tight to move in but it’s good for a place to keep your stuff and sleep.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I was in a "budget" room. The bedroom was small and the bathroom very small. It was manageable for one person but would have been impossible for two.
Great little hotel. We stayed in one of the bigger rooms and it was very comfortable, with a big bed and lots of space to relax, including a pleasant sitting area. The whole room looked like it had been updated quite recently. We also liked having access to a fully-equipped kitchen as we were there for an extended stay… mainly used it for breakfast but it had everything you need if you want to cook bigger meals.
This is a self-check-in hotel, but the booking office helped me with some questions I had prior to our check in, and the cleaning staff was very friendly as well.
Absolutely amazing customer services, Nice and clean room, brilliant facilities. I will visit again, If I go to Belfast. Definitely recommend to stay why you visit and explore Belfast.
On first view the exterior of the build is in cared for, towels were dirty. No room cleaning service (maybe you can request this) I understand this is low budget accom but still not good.
Enjoyed stay although rooms were small and confined
People with mobility issues it would not suit
Very clean and plenty of food shops near
Parking is restrictive in roadway
Nice room, a little small, but everything was compacted in. Bed was very comfortable and tea making facilities were great.
Only gripes were
TV remote worked sporadically. Much easier if you provided the 5 main channels.
Shower rail was broken and the shower door did not close fully, meaning water did escape onto bathroom floor, that being said, the shower was excellent!
Lovely property, good distance to the centre & shopping eg tesco 10 min walk, bus center 25min walk, centre 20-30 dependant on where you want to go
Room was lovely, and good kitchen facilities, was able to cook a couple of our nights which saved on restaurants ☺️
Bed comfy, good shower, tv, hairdryer etc
Very nice, thanks so much 💖
Everything was great apart from a heating problem which meant the first night was spent in the cold. This was impossible to report because the phone lines close at 5pm. So just be aware that if you are not checking in before 5pm, you may not be able to alert anyone of any problems.
Room was much smaller than shown on the website. There was no facility to put your luggage and towels could not be hang.it is over priced for what is on offer
Maintenance was going on during my stay. The stairs are already too narrow and with fresh paint on it was impossible to get to the room without having stains on your clothes. When complained, the staff on email said “it’s not happening inside of your room and no one else has complained” as if they’ll ever say oh yes others have complained too but we can’t stop minting me even when the property is in dire need of renovations.
Extremely overpriced for what’s offered. Go to Ramada or other similar hotels and pay £20 extra a night for much better rooms and service. I chose this because of the kitchen but the kitchen doesn’t even have a fridge so it was rendered useless too.
Central was the most accommodating hotel chain I have ever booked with. They contacted me at the beginning and at the end of my stay. I requested information re buses before I got there and had the info right away. I asked for more towels and had them within the hour. Very impressed with the service.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
It really needs to be noted there's no staff at this property at all; all communication is done by email or text. Which is fine except the front entrance door is not self locking. There's a sign asking people to lock the door as they come and go, but I can tell you this was not always done during my stay. Several times I found the door to be left unlocked, in one instance it wasn't even closed all the way. It's a concern to me when the safety of an accommodation is dependent on the responsibility of other guests. I didn't feel entirely safe staying here by myself.
Has seen far better days, very run down and full of mould. Property is so loud and you can hear all other guests walking around and talking it makes it really hard to sleep. Windows have had so much water damage they don’t really keep the noise and cold air out so you end up having the heating on all the time. You have to empty your own bins and no staff come round to clean towels or make the beds. Floor’s absolutely filthy and mouse traps under the bed. TERRIBLE!
