Firstly the heating is on timers and was freezing when we arrived and wasn’t coming on for another 3 hrs, then that night when we got back room was cold and we got a portable blow heater that blew. The bed clothes were inside out with labels sticking out (not a big deal) but still, the hairdryer didn’t work so had to get a replacement and reception phone never answered so had to go source these myself. We were in room 232 and the shower just kept dripping when off so a noise for about 30/40 mins after showering. The location is perfect for Belfast City Centre.

Expedia profile information was outdated and was not informed of the drastic change in car parking costs away from the hotel despite what seemed like parking on the hotel property. I did not receive any response either on the expedia app despite getting numerous messages from the hotel.

The location of the hotel it’s great. The staff really nice and helpful. A really fresh and delicious breakfast. The room was clean, but I do think it was not a 4 star, the bathroom quite small, room also.

Bedding for pull out couch, had to wait for 4 hrs for it. Only one person at desk nearly all the time and massive queues. One roll of toilet Paper in room for four and if you ask for more you get one more roll
