The location of city centre was easily accessible, however, the area was very busy with traffic and foot traffic. The hotel itself was pleasant, and hotel staff were friendly. The partnered parking attendant was rude, and unclear with instructions - we ended up paying for parking due to having to exit the parking garage on arrival because we did not realize the difference of entering the garage with credit card instead of receiving a ticket stub (later discounted by the hotel). The hotel staff helped clear up this discrepancy. Unfortunately, the 24 hour room service options were not available over the weekend which was inconvenient after returning from a late concert.
Very good location for quiet base and easy access to amenities. However, in Room 443, there were two double beds sleeping for 4 adults. Insufficient refreshments and towels for the duration of stay, no hooks to hang clothing in shower and no mention that the room wouldnt be cleaned leaving rubbish to build up and cups and refreshments not replenished. Carpets were stained and could have done with a deep clean. The hotel is lovely otherwise.
Good location easy to get around the city from here as its on one of the main streets. we had a triple room and it was a decent size for three people and three proper beds (not a cot bed)
My niece and I stayed here and really enjoyed the location. R crisply chose this hotel because we were doing a tour and this was the location of the pickup. I would definitely stay here again
The hotel was fine but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Why have a bath and bath plug if there is no soap at bath (as opposed to shower) level? No bathmat either

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The hotel was in a very good location, only a street away from City Hall.
However our bathroom was in a very poor condition and is long overdue a refurbishment. I expected better for the price we paid.
Room was exceeding hot. Air con didn't seem to be working. There was an upright fan but it didn't cool the room, possibly it wasn't working properly. Unable to sleep because of the heat.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Great property for tourists as it’s really close to the centre of town and transport amenities, but we found the room itself to be fairly standard (think Premier Inn/Travelodge) rather than anything special. The bathroom didn’t have a plug in the sink, the TV remote didn’t have batteries, that kind of thing. The staff were brilliant and it was ideal as a place to stay if you don’t want anything fancy, but not the best for the money.
Large hotel in the center of town. Room was comfortable and quiet. Large brown stains on the carpet were not very inviting. The manager was clearly overworked - front desk and taking orders in the restaurant. Service suffered as a result and the hotel seems to have a staffing issue. I would not recommend the restaurant as the food was not very good.
I stayed in an Executive Room, which sounds more grandiose than it actually was; a nice big bed for sure (and very comfortable it was too!) but there was little else that distinguished it from a regular room . Perhaps maybe a bath as well as a shower.
My TV didn’t work, which was a minor irritation, but other than that it was fine. I had just expected more from a premium room.
