Was lucky to get a free upgraded room, was brilliant. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off in the evening and there was a bit of panic and there wasnt much communication from the staff as to what was going on or if we all need to evacuate. Apparently it was someone using a vape in their room. Apart from that it was 10/10

Breakfast was poor. Full Irish buffet with only the cheapest ingredients. Generally the hotel seemed understaffed. Is ok, functional woth nice people, just not enough on reveption, concierge and breakfast
