Helpful staff - since it was not travel peak season in Beijing, the hotel was not busy. I requested a free upgrade to a bigger room at time of checking in; the staff was helpful and gave me a bigger room.

Concierge Robin was kind enough to upgrade our room and provided complementary late checkout. Hotel was tidy, the only issue was that the 8th floor smelled heavily like cigarettes. This should be looked into as it affects those that are asthmatic (like my sister and I) and suffer from migraines (like my sister) since the smell triggers the migraine.

We love the convenient location. Walking distance to Tianmen Square, Temple of Heavens and subway. Nice amenities. Staff was professional. Conciege was very helpful when we asked for some local sightseeing and transportation tips. Suggest more English language training for staff as the hotel overall appears to be tailored to westerners to a significant extent.
