We arrived at the hotel around 12:20 am, but unfortunately, the gate to the property was closed. It took us over an hour to find a way to enter. Once we managed to get in, we encountered further issues with the self-check-in process as my code did not work. Eventually, I found a way to contact a person at the B&B because nobody from Expedia was responding to me. It turned out to be a terrible experience overall. To make matters worse, we couldn't get any sleep during the night. The person in the room behind us was snoring loudly, the neighboring room had a barking dog, and to top it all off, we could hear a couple arguing nearby. It was an incredibly frustrating and sleepless night.

A good nights sleep
As usual the stay was good . Staff very friendly. Clean & tidy . The dog was welcome & only 4€ . Location just off a6 so convenient. With secure parking. We ate at the ibis next door which was also good.

TREACHEROUS BATHROOM FLOOR COVERING
THEY REFURBISHED THE HOTEL VERY NICE BUT THEY PUT THE SAME FLOORING IN THE BATHROOM AS IN THE BEDROOM.THIS FLOORING WHEN HAVING CONDENSATION ON IT IS TREACHEROUS.MY WIFE FOUND THIS OUT SHE SLIPPED AND BROKE HER ARM ON THE 30/07/2018 IN THE BATHROOM.SHE IS NOW DISABLED FOR AT LEAST EIGHT WEEKS.SURELY A NON SLIP SURFACE SHOULD BE IN THE BATHROOM.AFTER THIS INCIDENT I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING IN THE B&B HOTELS.

The price was nice.
Upon arrival, they did not have our pre-booked pay-at-hotel reservation. After speaking with manager and showing her confirmation email, she found us a room. It was bare minimum on towels and bath products, but was comfortable enough. The air conditioning was broken in our room and was not easy to get in touch with anyone for another room. Front desk has very limited hours and main office is in Paris. When we called, operator tried 2 numbers to reach local "owner" without success. We were told to be at front desk between 5p-8p or try calling back; this was not easy to do since we were planning to be out and about the entire day and didn't want to be obligated to drive back to hotel at a certain time. Plus, no one wants to be held on the phone while vacationing. Note: All staff was friendly and helpful when we did have contact. 10 minute walk to town which was really convenient. Cute town; mixed reviews on the friendliness of people that worked at shops and restaurants though - most were tourist friendly while others were not. Patriarche wine tasting was fabulous, friendly, and affordable!

Bettwanzen!
Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber eigentlich sauber und wir wären mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden gewesen, aber am morgen war das Bett Blut verschmiert und wir haben Bettwanzen entdeckt! Das hat den ganzen Aufenthalt verdorben. Wir haben uns noch gewundert warum in dem Hotel fast keiner war und alle Nachbar Hotels gut besucht sind. Der Zaun um den Parkplatz zu schützen war leider auch kaputt. Frühstücksbuffet war klein, aber lecker. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber das hilft auch nicht, wenn man Angst haben muss, dass man Bettwanzen mit nach Hause bringt. Es wird dringend ein Kammerjäger benötigt.
