Lovely stay! The facilities were extremely clean and beautifully designed. The kitchenette area was well stocked and had several food options to snack on, which was a really nice touch. A few things to note- Dogs are allowed here. The dog next to us was barking non stop for hours. This bed and breakfast is supposed to be a step back from hectic life, but I wouldn’t say that’s possible with dogs being allowed. The owner was very sweet and offered to text the guest. Another thing was the window in front of the room. It was impossible to have the shades open to enjoy the view because people from rooms attached on either side were walking right in front, and could see right into the room. I think the b&b should have been designed with the door in the back of the room. Overall, a very nice stay, just little changes to be made!

This is a magical place to stay. If the details of the modern architectural doesn't get you, the view from your room will. Plus, the yummy options for breakfast! Kim, our host, provided valuable information on best places for a sunset and routes for foliage hunting. We have already recommended this amazing B&B to our friends.

This was an absolutely amazing experience! The property was beautiful, clean, quiet and nestled in the most picturesque location. Close to nature and lots of trails.

Superbly designed B&B where comfort is found in every detail - from the beds to the fire pit with s'mores kits to the breakfast choices. Amazing experience - the modern, fresh and inviting design of this B&B is nestled in the woods with views of the mountains. We spent a long weekend here, exploring the local towns and trails by day, happy to come home to this lovely B&B every evening. We'll be back!

Architectural find in the Catskill Woodlands

Look no further! 1, 2 or 3 units max in this wonderful single-story accessible BnB in the Catskills. Best common kitchen ever, with Nespresso Vertio machines, fresh bagels, etc., a range of breakfast foods (incl. h/b eggs, Yoghurts, overnight oats), all manner of beverages, etc. Pluas jams, butter, cream cheese, etc. Excellent!

This property is gorgeous and the owners did an amazing job at creating a tranquil environment for their guests to enjoy. The check-in process is seamless, the food is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend and absolutely come back ourselves.

Beautiful property in the Catskills

We had a wonderful stay at Coldbrook Bed and Breakfast! Perfect for a weekend getaway in the Catskills (especially if you have a dog). The suite was very expertly designed and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked and the many breakfast options were fantastic. Kim was a kind, responsive host who ensured that our experience was great.

Great stay in the Catskills!

The house and property are beautiful. There are only 3 suites designed by the owner who is an architect. She lives on the property in an attached house. The house is eco friendly; solar powered , lights that shut off automatically, etc. she provided breakfast food including overnight oats, parfaits, bagels, juice, coffee, cereal. The shower was heavenly. Big thick Turkish towels. The mattress on the bed was perfect. We would definitely go back again.
