The room was clean and comfortable but it should be noted that there was no closet, just a small hanger in the entry way, so you’re pretty much living out of your suitcase. Parking is a 5 minute walk away and paid separately.

We would like to highly recommend Hampton By Hilton Bath Spa. Quality, modern hotel in a very central location. The highlight for us was the welcoming, knowledgeable and generous staff, who went above and beyond. Breakfast had something for everyone, full English , continental plus even waffles with topping options.

This contemporary hotel is only two years old with great, friendly staff. Breakfast was included. We loved everything. The king bed was so comfortable with great bedding and the bathroom had the best shower set up we ever seen. We walked to all the tourist sites - Roman baths, river cruise, The Crescent, Jane Austen centre, the Bath Cathedral and great shopping area. The parking is two blocks away. One block away is a no traffic away with mini lights, tables and chairs for relaxing and have a drink or coffee under the trees. So lovely.

The room was good and bathroom Incredibly clean. Breakfast was poor! Small choice on the cooked scrambled plastic eggs no other choice! Mushrooms overdone and when you cooked your own toast it was anemic! Obviously got you out the way because the sign warned you of the queues!!! No blueberries on the fruit.Bwry crowded!

The hotel was in an excellent state of repair, everything worked, and it was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Located within a minute or two's walk of a range of cafes and other eateries and very close to the city centre it was very convenient. The complementary breakfast was very good. The only negative is the lack of hotel parking, but we used a Just Park space about 15 minutes walk away having dropped off the luggage.

We’ve stayed in Hampton at Hilton’s before and have enjoyed our stay, this hotel was good but on our arrival they could only offer us a disable room, which was clean, but there was a flashing light at the side of the bed and under the tv stand, the bathroom was well equipped for someone disabled but not for us. It would have been nice to be told this before our stay so we could have maybe changed our date we were there to celebrate our Ruby anniversary.

For a premium economy hotel this property is top draw. Friendly efficient staff through out,excellent breakfast, seamlessly delivered to large guest numbers, air con great, well presented bedroom and brilliant location for a Bath City break. Well done to the whole hotel team.

I felt for the price the customer service should have been way above what it was from the lukewarm welcome, to slow check-in and general disinterest in the guest, limited help with bags and parking, to trying to charge extra to hold more than one bag each I was disappointed. Check-out was not much better with a robotic I hope you had a good stay. The communal areas need a but of freshening up as do some parts of the room. The bathroom was good, the room is a decent size and lovely pillows. Pluses are its location but for nearly $1000 for a night stay for two rooms, it wasn't great value for money.
