Over all the hotel did not live up to the Expedia VIP accreditation. The hotel room was run down and beds were very old and springy. The hotel seemed to be understaffed at check-in and the hotel bar. The value was very underwhelming for what I paid to stay at Apex. Definitely not a VIP Expedia Hotel
