This property is in a small neighborhood very close to historic downtown Batesville. Closely located next to neighbors but everyone is very quiet. The home is newly renovated. Each bedroom has a smart TV. All kitchen essentials included. In good weather enjoy the large back yard and patio. You are a quick commute to the White River Health. Batesville has a beautiful community center for workouts and recreation.
