Staff issues. If the hotel had staff who had any customer service experience the hotel would be fine.
The people in line in-front of us had a reservations for 5 guests: 2 queen and a pull out sofa, got there and that room did not exist and no cots. No offer for a second room. No compensation. They were told to find another hotel and the website made a mistake with the room description.
We got into our room and none of the beds were made. We had to ask for another room. We were grateful they did not ask us to go to another hotel.
Breakfast the food was not replenished so not much left at 7:30am when we went for breakfast.
Key did not work for gym and pool and we were just told they would look into it - no follow up and did not work our entire stay.
Poor staff = poor stay.
