I have my family with me for this trip. Room 108 was assigned to us, the only bad part for this room a little animal friend was hiding below this cabinet and you can tell in the picture. The Management of the hotel should hire and keep a infestation company to check each room for rodent avoid this situation for future guest. Overall , room bed were comfy and new aircon was installed. The facility needs an upgrade.
This is our second stay in this property and the second time was quite disappointing
-the tv in the room was not working
-A/C in our room was not working as well considering how HOT it was, front desk was made aware but nobody came up to check on it the following day
-beach had all sorts of trash-batteries, toys, plastic bottles
-dinner buffet menu was very limited and food seems old, a little overcooked
-pool bar does not have enough choices
The beach and their pool is superb however their check in process is so terrible. We were given a room past 4pm already which suppposed to be at 3pm. This hotel is understaffed. Their rooms and facilities need to go renovation.
The hotel was not too clean, the lobby where the entrance of the pool smells. The room service takes more than a day before they response on your request. No phone on the room so you will have to go to the lobby to request for room amenities. No hair dryer on the room. The restroom is terrible. The door does not lock completely. The only nice on this hotel is the pool area and the beach but other than that nothing is especial at all. Also, they had a event that only allowed for local people if you are foreigner you are not allowed to even watch the event. On the check in time you will wait for an hour to have your room ready. Will not recommend at all.
corridors smell awful. really awful. water from faucet is rusty and smells sewer water. bed has bed bugs and ants, not to mention PLENTY OF HUGE MOSQUITOS. shower faucet to water. terrible. Check in time was 430pm instead of 3pm. Scarcity of food during breakfast.
Looks good on pictures, but the building is really out of shapes and not maintain. My door was broken, they sent a young man to fix it, and he couldn’t, did the spider man moved climbed on the other side of the neighboring room, unsuccessful. He finally called his boss and they yanked the whole door, a piece came off and they just brushed it off like it was nothing. The tower were raggedy, old and almost fallen apiart. The only thing that saves this place is the swimming pool and it’s beach. Will never come back, was really disappointed at the experience.

The resort itself was satisfactory but my roommate had money stolen the last morning we were there while we were out having breakfast. We met with the manager and the head security afterwards to report the incident and they would follow-up on any info but we have not heard any word since leaving nearly a week ago.
This is one of the old resort in the area. Management did not maintain the buildings. Maintenance is really poor. Checking in is really poor customer service is poor. Hotel Policies thru other booking websites is not updated. Food restrictions is not mentioned. Unexpected Extra fees, lacking toiletries in the rooms. Bugs all over the room. It’s just disappointing
Very disappointed with our stay. WiFi was not working, bathroom’s dirty, the private beach was dirty(sanitary pad floating in the water), the blinds in the room were not working, the tv didn’t work and main doors don’t close properly. No dining options after 9 pm and when you bring food inside they will charge you 3 times the value of your food…they call it corkage fee. Check in was a mess!!! The staff look like they’re not trained to answer important questions and keep asking their manager. There were 5 people at the front desk and only one person checking in people, the rest of them are doing paperworks. One of the staff was on lunch break and decided that the best thing to do is be at the lobby and check on his text messages or social media, while there was a long queue for check in. The power went off and generator didn’t kick in till after 2 hours and AC in the room was not working properly. The vents look like they haven’t been cleaned for years. Overall it’s the worst hotel we’ve stayed at.
