This contemporary retreat offers a series of open spaces that co-exist in perfect harmony with their natural setting and provide the perfect sanctuary for Zen-inspired relaxation. Throughout the lounge, dining room and kitchen, open spaces and airy materials create a spacious floor plan and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors open up to postcard-perfect views.

Best Experience Ever!
If you are looking for a secluded, gorgeous, well-managed property, the Koi Villa is the place. Keneshia and Larissa are amazing! Day or night, large or or small requests, they responded in minutes and always with a smile. Their professionalism and willingnes to assist helped are second to none. They absolutely helped make our stay a memorable experience. My family and I highly recommend the Koi Villa, and it will be our first choice the next time we visit St. Kitts. 10/10.

Perfect for couples
The pictures were very accurate. All the bedrooms are spacious with great views. The pool area is awesome. We had 6 couples and this was a perfect place to stay.
