Hotel is nice and quiet, lovely room, and spa services with the spa therapist was exceptional! My only downfall was when the AC stopped working in my room and the front reception had me wait until maintenance arrived. Of course this is not a situation you want to be in when you are hoping to return from a long day and relax in a cool comfortable environment. Thankfully Larisa was in the hotel hallway, when I explain the situation while I was waiting she provided a solution to change rooms immediately to ensure my comfort was restored. It was greatly appreciated. Ideally the reception should be able to accommodate the same solution instead of having a guest wait after calling and then having to go to reception to ask when someone would be arriving to resolve the problem, or be sure the rooms are serviced ahead of guests checking in. All is all it was a nice experience.

The hotel overall was nice. Had a very peaceful vibe and tranquility. Traveling with teenagers was challenging because the hotel lacks the vibe of catering to kids/ teenagers or young adults. Is more of an adult resort vs a family oriented resort. Definitely will return but only my husband and I.

I will say this was one of the most beautiful rooms that I have stayed in such beautiful atmosphere in the room and the rooms are very comfortable they have very stong air-conditioning thats good being in the carribean! The balcony views are stunning the property itself is beautiful ! as far as for the property it will be very hot near the checkin lobby and outside the tooms because it’s an open property a lot of nature ! But it’s a plus because the pools right near -so I’ll be sure to be caring around an outdoor hand or neck fan if you’re planning on hanging out in the lobby area or near the pool! What I really do like it’s at if you’re waiting for anything like your taxi or just waiting around they will offer you water if you havent purchased. The hotel dining is a bit pricey especially for what you get I would not recommend the hotel dining only thing that I recommend is like maybe the fried rice which is really amazing! But if you’re on a budget I don’t recommend eating at the hotel when it comes to the hotel staff they are very kind especially in the check in area some of the most nice people! For the hotel dining area the men are very nice but the women arently as friendly! I did speak up about this so that situation with the women should be handled by now of the time you’re going ! But in all the experience of St.Kitts was a beautiful and a blessed one ! for one this hotel made it one of the best part of the trip as well you have to definitely visit St.Kitts !!!

The property is excellent, quiet, safe and it’s good for some one who like to be relaxed and quiet but the main thing, Koi Resort is on the hill and far away from the shopping mall, market and restaurant…! You need a transportation to get to your destination. It’s costed $40 round trip each time you go. Over all, Koi Resort is excellent in the staffs, Services, Greeting and the property.

When we checked in they didn't have the our two rooms together even though I called in advance. They have to move us the next day. However, the first nigt we found a roach, and our other night in the new room, we also found another roach. The cleaner just remove dirty towels, they don't clean the rooms. one of our room toilette wasn't flushing right and shower was clogged water was slow. You can't access the beach, and you cannot really walk in the neighborhood, you will need taxi all the time. However, most of the lobby and front desk are very nice, their hospitality are top notch. As a part of a Hilton hotel, they need to retouch and do better with the place. This place can be a gem.
