We loved the hospitality at this hotel. We were warmly greeted, and well taken care of during our two nights stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast amazing. The little garden outside of the breakfast area, was a delightful surprise. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This waa a great place to stay as a solo traveler. The service and hotel staff are very kind & accommodating, and the location is good - close to the central area, but far enough away from noise.

Great hidden gem! Easy to get to by bus from the airport, staff were all amazing, rooms were clean and it was only a short walk to restaurants and shop.

This was a great place to stay in Basel. Very easy to get to and from the airport. Very pleasant and welcoming staff, and the room I had was clean and comfortable; perhaps a little cramped for space when I wanted to do some administration, but not unacceptable. There is no restaurant at this hotel, but there are plenty of nice places to eat just around the corner. There is however, a nice breakfast buffet, with a good range of fresh produce, with a nice garden to enjoy it in. I don't have any plans to be back in Basel anytime soon, but if I do, I would certainly stay here again.

Staff unusually friendly, day and night the staff were eager to help and enjoy a chat. Rooms are on the small side for sure and the shower was the smallest I've ever had in a hotel. That said, room was comfy and clean, so no complaints other than on small side

A great find in Basel
This was just a great find. We arrived early but the room was ready and made available to us. The hotel itself is located close to the station, the town and a nice restaurant strip. Rooms are a good size, comfortable and equipped with all amenities. A very nice breakfast was included and there is a lovely garden where we could relax and enjoy the complimentary drink provided. The staff were fantastic - extremely welcoming and helpful. Could not recommend this place more highly.

Best choice hotel!
A perfect 10 hotel. Loved our room, staff was so friendly and helpful. Our luggage did not make the transfer in Frankfurt to Basel. Hotel staff did everything they could to help us. Close to old town and wonderful restaurants.

This hotel is nicely located for the railway station and the old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for reasonably priced accommodation in Basel
