We were unable to stay at the Hotel Phillips. Our reservation was for a Saturday night & the hotel is unmanned on weekends but the listing has a contact number. The keypad on our apartment did not work. We tried calling the property manager at number given numerous times. Finally we gave up & got a hotel. We received from the manager TWO HOURS later (after I’d left a message that we had to go elsewhere)—he said he was sorry we had problems getting in to the apartment but hoped we were enjoying our stay at the Hotel Phillips. After calling on Monday, we were given a refund. Lesson learned: first, this is a 3rd party listing & VRBO, who tried to help us, were limited on what they could do; and 2nd, never stay at the Hotel Phillips on weekends.
