Neomi, Kevin, Luis Carlos , Pili, Neyi were exceptional !! What a high costumer services skills they have. Housekeeper in my room made me feel like home away from home. I forgot her name but from my arrival to my departure she always smile and made me feel welcome all the time! Definitely I will come back with more guests and I will referral the hotel any time I have a chance.

Breakfast was always cold. The hallway next to my room smells like humidity. I rent 2 rooms and we have to keep asking for towels and toilet papers. The hot water was not working the majority of time. The lights from the room not working. To clean the rooms was always a mission. Overall this hotel was the worst. I don’t recommended
