A Victorian gem cradled by beech trees and lush grounds in historic Barnstable Village. A half mile walk to shopping, cafes, art, local restaurants, and a half mile to the beach! Expansive wrap around porch with plentiful seating for your morning coffee or happy hour cocktails, and gardens on the grounds to enjoy. Room has a smart tv, wifi, AC/heat, hair dryer, toiletries, and private full en suite bathroom. On the second level a common area with coffee/tea bar, ice maker, mini fridge and microwave.

The Rose room is newly renovated. Beautiful, blush, and bright. Incredible four post queen bed with armoire, decorative fireplace, and double balcony doors that walk right out to the expansive wrap around porch looking out to the historic beech trees.
A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer.
Recreational activities include hiking/biking trails nearby, kayaking nearby, and sailing nearby.
