When we arrived the building was under construction. The check in process was very difficult, once you came in the front door, then you go up 2 flights of stairs then have to download an app to get a code to get into the B&B and your room number and door code for your room and send pictures of your passport. It was very frustrating when you're exhausted from traveling trying to figure it all out. To get back in the building you had to buzz or call everytime. It seemed odd that there was a person to let you in if you buzzed but no one to welcome you.
There was a lot of noise from neighbor - we couldn't even hear our tv over there's and their conversation.
When leaving the building during construction working hours a piece of plaster came down and nearly hit me.
The only other person we saw the entire we were there was the woman who served breakfast. She was very nice and the breakfast was lovely but she advised us we needed to check out earlier than was advertised when we booked the room.
