Great location to gothic quarter easy cab ride to other attractions. Good breakfast friendly service. Great view from rooftop pool. A balcony room is definitely a must. Streets are lively through the night. The Italian restaurant next door is amazing. Aldi and lots of shops close by. The social club was a lifesaver. The Harbor area was full of tourist trap restaurants. The rule of thumb, if the menu is in multiple languages, the food is going to be lackluster.

I booked the hotel through Expedia. When I reached out to them regarding early check in since flight would arrived in the morning. Normally hotels would get back within 24 hrs; however they never did. When I arrived the hotel at noon time, the concierge put me on hold saying “15 minutes”. But I waited more than 45 minutes to take me. After a whole day tour and dinner with a friend, I got back to the hotel room late that night. The room is rather small and smells weird. I really doubted that it could be 3-star hotel. When I went to bed, I found the bed sheet was filthy with sand, hair and a stained. That was gross. I went downstairs to find a concierge who was on duty. He tried to change a room for me but after he made a phone call to someone (who might be in charge) from their conversation in Spanish, they mentioned about how much I paid for the room then decided not to change a clean room for me. That was a very strange and unpleasant. They thought I didn’t understand the conversation. I paid €450 for 3 nights; I didn’t expect this type of experience I got. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope they can improve customer service and the clean/sanitary environment.

Great location but don't believe pictures!!!!
The pictures would have you believe there is a beautiful roof top pool. After a very hot day commuting to the hotel we just wanted to dive in. Reality: little bigger than a jacuzzi. Water green with algae... unable to see bottom... watched creatures swimming everywhere... aircon units next to 'pool' banging away... we lasted 10mins. My partner also got an infected wound on ankle which we believe is likely to have been caused be dipping into this water. Rooms were clean but we almost gagged on the strong smell of chlorine upon entering. Had to give up on aircon and open the window so we could breath. We spent as little time as possible in the hotel. It was a (good) base for exploring only...

Great location of the hotel. Most of places are walkable from there if you are a walker. Otherwise there’s convenient metro station which we took from and to the airport. It is not that loud in the night as it has shutters which muffle most of the noise in the night. We loved our stay in Barcelona. Rooms could be more looked after and shower wasn’t cleaned properly so taking star for that. It was spacious which is really nice and we booked basic room. I would recommend to stay there.

The room was great. Bed was comfortable,we had a large balcony, it was close to the metro, and the service was great. The area was fantastic, near the beach, numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The only reason I didn’t give it a 4 star on cleanliness was because the floor was dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time.

Very convenient location, train station across the street. Direct train from Airport. Closed to a lot of attractions and great restaurants. The beach is 10-15 min walk away. Convenient store and grocery store around the corner. Bathroom is clean with good rain shower. Wifi is good tio.

Conveniently located across the street from the Franco train station in the Born area of Barcelona, the Park Hotel offers access to many sights and sounds of the city, many win a short walking distance. There are many restaurants to choose from in the area, and a bustling nightlife is apparent, especially on the weekends. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the desk staff is most helpful, they provided us with maps, advice and always a smile. Beware the frosted glass bathroom doors though….we had a window in our bathroom, and the night lights from outside ensured us of a glowing bathroom door, not great id you like pitch black to sleep in.

A small room in a nice building with great access to transportation. Little improvements would enhance stay. A bin for recycling as there is only one waste container in the room. It is a little one for toilet tissue. A better mirror for make up. The tv is mounted at eye level on the only mirror that you can sit at. The light beside that faces downward so it is dark. Two towels for the bidet if it’s a couple sharing the room, please. Let people know what a great breakfast you offer. I didn’t realize it included cooked eggs.

Great location. I really loved the area with lots of lovely bars, cafe and restaurants nearby to the hotel. The staff were wonderful and the room was spotless. Check out at 12pm also useful and was I able to leave my bags for several hours in the secure luggage area until I was ready to leave for the airport. Would definitely go back and stay again. The pool is too small to swim in but a welcome place to cool off in if it’s hot.

El hotel esta muy buen ubicado, cerca de todo, para quien gusta caminar, la playa La Barceloneta, La Catedral, La rambla, incluso la Sagrada Familia se puede caminar hasta ella, el staff del hotel muy amable y nos ayudó a encontrar tickets para el mejor tablao en Barcelona “El Cordovez” excelente. El desayuno en el hotel fenomenal, y recomiendo el arroz con leche de coco en la cena de la noche si gustas comer en el hotel.
