I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM after a long flight from the United States with my family, including three young kids who were exhausted. Despite arriving only one hour before the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, the hotel charged us an additional $50 for early check-in. This seemed excessive, especially considering our situation.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The room had multiple issues: the dishwasher wasn’t working, there was no washer or dryer available, and they didn’t provide a highchair for our kids. To make matters worse, the reception was completely unmanned after 6:00 PM, which was incredibly inconvenient.

We were locked out for a long time, and only after another guest opened the door for us were we able to get inside. However, the same issue persisted with our room key, leaving us stranded outside our room. We tried calling customer service multiple times, but no one responded, and when we finally reached someone, they promised to send help. It took nearly five hours before anyone showed up to resolve the issue.
There was no housekeeping service at all. We didn’t receive extra towels for the next day, and when we asked about cleaning the room, they said they would do it later but completely forgot.
The staff at the reception was extremely rude, and even when we checked out the next day,
