Ample Space and Accommodation: Spanning two floors, the farmhouse comfortably hosts up to 17 adults (or 19 with foldable beds) in 9 bedrooms, and offers 3 bathrooms. It boasts a spacious dining area, kitchen, and multiple living rooms. Outside, there's a porch with a large dining table near the barbecue area, which includes an additional toilet. Glass-covered and enclosed pergola for versatile use. Large swimming pool (not heated), sun loungers, changing rooms.

Catholic chapel dedicated to St. Andrew, a charming threshing floor, a rustic bar, a mulberry tree garden, a forest, as well as various spaces and other buildings, such as the children's house, ping-pong table and trampoline available too.

The farmhouse is fully staffed with maintenance personnel who reside in a separate house on the estate, ensuring privacy for guests.

There's ample space for parking multiple vehicles. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Up to a maximum of three pets are allowed.

Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the accommodation is not allowed, and the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of 300 euros.
- Overnight guests other than those listed in your reservation are not allowed.
- For groups and day visitors exceeding the sleeping capacity, additional fees will apply.
- No tents or other structures may be installed on the property grounds.
