A bit rundown, bedrooms small, nice pool
We stayed here for two weeks. Immediately upon arrival, we noticed one set of electric blinds did not work, the place had been cleaned just enough, but not under furniture, and the kitchen was bare- only 3 drinking glasses, no bowls, no dish towels. Management also told us that there are frequent power issues which require that the fuse box be reset. For the first 10 days, we had to do this 2-3 times per day. The last few days, only once per day. We let management know about the other issues, and they did bring us enough drinking glasses a couple of days in, as well as send someone to look at the blinds, which they were not able to fix. We ended up buying bowls and dishcloths, sponges, and other essentials, which was fine, but we've never had to do that at a VRBO or other such rental, so be prepared.
They also do not provide pool towels, even though they provide the pool. Bought those, too.
They were friendly and responded to our questions in a timely fashion, so that was nice.
The apartment is pretty run down. I'm sure it was beautiful and stunning when it first was put into use, but no more. The lighting is weird, the bedrooms are tiny (three beds in a room that should only have two, at most; two beds in a room that would be a stretch to have one single bed). But it was fine, since we didn't spend much time there. The master bedroom is nice and provided enough space and an ensuite bathroom. It was definitely nice to have three bathrooms.
The neighborhood is quiet and there are shops and cafes to walk to, as well as eateries. Easy to catch the bus and metro, so the location was nice. The AC was a blessing, as we were there during the heat wave.
All in all, an ok place. I probably would not choose it again, unless in a pinch.
