Lesseps Gem
We had a great time in Barcelona. Enjoyed staying here- location was great. Apartment seems smaller than in the pics, but was adequate for 2 women in their fifties. There was some street noise that could be heard in the bedrooms as the flat is located on the first floor. We turned on the fans in the room that seemed to help camouflage the noise in the evening. Property management company was responsive. Contactless entry super easy from an app.

Tried to impose a list of conditions, days before stay, with €300 fines attached. A breach of contract since apartment was paid in full months earlier! Avoid!!!

Gracia living
La Vila de Gracia is very well located close to the Metro and within walking distance of many great places to visit in Barcelona. Check in with digital keys was very easy. The unit was clean, comfortable and had lots of amenities.I would highly recommend this for a stay in Barcelona. Two quick comments: Bedside reading lights would be a great addition for those who like to read in bed. The overhead lights can be a bit harsh. Secondly, we only found one dishwasher tablet in the small bag of supplies left for us so we hand washed dishes. Just before we left, we found a container of tablets under the counter hidden by the trash pail. Moral of the story: always search the cupboards!

Great location
This property was very clean and a great location for visiting Gaudi’s works such as Park Gruell and Sagrada Familia. The rooms seem larger in the photos: especially the bathroom and kitchen which are quite small. Check-in was easy but we had internet access which made it seamless. If you don’t have internet it may be more difficult.

Good location & Clean
This is really close to the metro station. Easy to get to with the metro from the airport and the city center. Digital lock system so everyone could lock and unlock the doors with their smartphones--super convenient. Coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil and vinegar there along with basic cleaning supplies like fresh tea towel, soap, sponge, dishwasher and washing machine tabs. Would stay there again.

Excellent emplacement dans un quartier dynamique avec d'excellent restaurant. Le Parc Guel qui est accessible à pied et le métro à quelques minutes. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et la literie très confortable. Idéal pour un séjour en famille!
