Front-desk staff was unhelpful and sometimes incompetent. At check-in, we were not provided the 2-twin beds requested so mt husband and I shared a twin bed. The front desk provided a one-night key even though our stay was for two nights. Having to go back for another key isn’t a huge problem but it shouldn’t have happened. When I checked to see if a 2-bed room was available later in the day, the front-desk lady had no interest in checking or helping and her head “no” until I left. My daughter was able to switch to a two-bed room when a different person was at the front desk.
In the evening with the same person at the front desk, she didn’t come out of the back office, and no one was at the desk for customers.
It was a miserable two nights at this place and it didn’t need to be.
