Check in staff gave me a wrong type of room. I booked a 46 square meter suite. They gave me a 29 square meter room and told me it’s Hotels.com who posted wrong information about the room. It took me half an hour to talk to different people in the hotel and hotels.com to fight back what I deserved and booked for in the first place.

Discrimination for sunbeds at Hilton
When you want to enjoy sunbeds at the pool they have a few for free (where you maybe need to wait for 1h to get one) and some where they force you to spend 40€ per person on shisha or cocktails. Imagine you are a pregnat woman/ sober/ or enjoy healthy life you cannt stay there. Absolutly ridiculous and makes a discrimination enviroment. Overpriced hotel and not really worth it.

The Hotel and Rooms were nice. The only thing I did not like is when they tried to charge me twice for the room. One time was for the room checking out and I told the Hotel clerk that I already paid through Expedia and he said you are right, sorry about that. Now after I left Spain, my credit card was charged again-disputing this charge with my credit card company.

Front desk staff were unorganized and do not have the proper technology in place to check whether rooms have been cleaned or not. Pool staff made us wait all afternoon for lounge chairs - writing down our room number wrong twice.
